A Yoga teacher training for women
This unique training is focussing on the sacred feminine journey, awakening and also embodiment of the sacred energies into this Body, this moment, this Life.
Our training will not only help you to open up to connect with greater awareness to your Body, mind and Heart, but also to develop more love, more kindness towards yourself and all that you are, and eventually you will have a clearer view on the Path, on why you are here, what is your purpose, and what is it that you wish to manifest into this world as the creative Goddess that you are.
This training will not only teach you about asanas, and how to cue a class, but how can you support yourself into blossoming and how can you be a GUIDE on other peoples journey to empower them, and help them to find their balance, their path , their happiness.
Our unique training takes place in Bali, Ubud. In the very heart-touching simplicity and sacredness of the Balinese, and you can choose between 21 (200H) or 27 days (300H) options.
Pilars of our training
Breath & Meditation
For the love of it
Learn to connect with yourself in a loving and enjoyable way. Meditation seems for many people a difficult practice or a scarry practice. As sometimes when we close our eyes we get confronted by the thoughts, emotions that may be overwhelming at first. Yet this is all normal and part of the journey. The question is how do you continue, how can you support yourself in this initial challenge?
We will learn how to open up for more love, kindness, acceptance so that you can learn to welcome all that you are, and start settling into this moment with ease. Cultivating kind curiosity and a non-judgmental approach will help us to become the observer, and the great nourisher at the same time. Eventually you will discover that meditation will be the best moment of your day. A treat. When you can finally give yourself all the loving attention you deserve. And this will be the solid foundation for your inner journey.
Yoga philosophy, sacred feminine approach
Learning to understand what is the feminine, and the masculine, and how to awaken your Shakti Power, the sacred feminine fluid and intuitive creative power. But also understanding the anchoring power of the divine masculine energy: Shiva power. Learning to dance with these two in your life and on the mat. We need both for a happy and healthy life.
Asanas and Functional Anatomy
Understand the human body, and also especially the women's body with its needs, and movement, latest functional anatomy knowledge and embodiment of the knowledge. We are interested in applying all the knowledge and experiencing the body as a whole. Learn about human anatomy, fascia, biomechanics, therapeutics of yoga for all sorts of physical, mental and emotional problems. Special focus on women's anatomy, health and needs. The different cycles of a women's life. Learn to gently assist poses, students and lives.
Learn to work with your body in different ways : Sacred Feminine gentle Flow (Goddess Flow) & Yin Yoga.
In our training we will work with gentle vinyasa flow and Yin yoga, to be able to offer different ways to nourish, elevate and support our feminine journey. So the 200H and the 300H training both include a Goddess flow module and a Yin module. The 300h is including Ayurveda and more advanced wisdom teachings on how to guide your students even more in depth, and specifically on their journey.
Learn to work with special sequences that will awaken the Shakti qualities in You and your students.
It is like an initiation, or a medicine, that you learn to specifically invoke and activate through movement, breath, meditation, mantra and mudras. We will also learn to link these qualities to the cycles of the season and life. Being able to work with the energies of Mother Earth, (BUMI - Earth goddess), Chandra (Moon goddess) Sun God (Surya), Lakshmi, Durga, Saraswati, Kali and the Goddess Tara.
Each will open something special within and you will have the chance to learn to integrate/embody these energies into your Life.
Get coaching on expressing your unique qualities as a Teacher.
Gentle Shakti Flow
A gentle, yet powerful, slower vinyasa flow that is accessible to all, and that often becomes a movement meditation, depending of the qualities we invoke with it:
BUMI :Earth ( Safety, grounding, nourishment, inner child)
MOON: Emotions, intuition, instincts, trust and strength in the fluidity of changes.
SUN: Strength, focus, pure presence and detachment.
DURGA: Protection, strength and confidence against negativity, fears, Warrior energy.
LAKSHMI: Beauty, receptivity, fullness, abundance.
SARASWATI: Art, creativity, inspiration, guidance, healing.
TARA: Compassion, the teacher, wisdom, releasing suffering
KALI: Fierce love, liberation from attachments.
GANESHA: Releasing obstacles, clarity, and success.
Yin Yoga (with somatic approach)
A meditative yoga practice, where we practice to surrender on physical, emotional and mental level, to eventually drop into a state of deep connectedness with self, where self healing can take place, and we get to learn a lot about ourselves through quiet self enequiry. The poses are held for 3-5 minutes in a passive way, and eventually deep release from connective tissues and from emotional layers takes place.
The somatic approach will allow you to free up the body and nervous system from old patterns, and will result in more grounding, more self acceptance and confidence in being you.
