Powerful complex session, which includes some somatic yoga, tailored to your needs and topics and body and conditions.
Followed by sweet nourishing Sacred Breath to connect you to your Soul.
Energy, guidance transmission and personal mantra that you receive and chant for activation of new energies after releasing old, to realign to your Inner Source and purpose.
The session session is recorded , so you can practice it again at home, together with the mantra for 3 weeks, to fully integrate and download new energies into your life and re-establish strong connection with your Spirit.
These 70 min sessions are very healing, releasing, and rebirthing.
Fee is 90€ for a session of 70 min, and 150€ for 120 min.

Channeling or Tarot Reading Session
To understand the current situation and give you an outlook to the future potentials. You can choose energy reading, channeling and tarot reading. Or a combination of all these. We can use different types of Tarots, and oracle cards of your choice.
If you wish to get guidance on your life from Angels, Masters, Goddesses, or communicate with loved ones who passed away, you can book a channeled session with Kata. The download and message will be a big energy package to integrate and new clarity that will open new perspective, healing, solutions, etc. Can be any sorts of topics related to You.
Channeled sessions usually last 60 min, including breathing and closing. Fee is 100€

Energy healing and Soul cleansing Session
Everything is energy, everything is frequency.
Sometimes some negative energy or old energy, or lower vibrational energy is polluting our inner space and with that it makes it harder to see clear, to connect, to flow with our life.
Sometimes, if left unattended, these energies that are not compatible with ours may create little islands in our body, mind, and soul, creating imbalances and eventually dis-eases.
In my energy healing and soul cleansing session we focus on removing these and helping you to connect deeper with Self, so that you can infuse the body and life with your energy in a natural and fulfilling way.
These cleansing and healing sessions can take place in person, or from distance.
In all cases, it is important, we have a 10 min discovery call, or whatsapp audio, so I can check whether I can help in your situation. And we can evaluate what you exactly need. Please understand, depending the situation, and how long it has been sustained, unchanged or worsening, you may need follow up sessions.
