With more than 25 years of working with people, and 31 years of work on myself, I can share one thing for sure. A daily practice is what TRULY CAN change your LIFE.
This is my experience, and I am happy to share my tools with you, so that you can change your Life for good too!
Each live class we will enter a sacred space dedicated to YOU, so you can develop, reconnect, blossom, thrive, progress, BECOME!
Each week we meet Live on Saturday mornings (CET)
After a few years of break ..Kata is finally launching her LIVE YOGA & MEDITATION classes again, with a fresh Yoga Library updated to the most current needs of women and men, ready to live a fulfilled and empowered life.
We start the classes with 15th January, with the weekly LIVE class at 9.30am-10.30 am (CET) Spain
8.30-9.30 am (UTC) London
4:30-5.30PM Bali time
All classes will be broadcasted on zoom, and uploaded afterwards to our online yoga library, so you can watch them anytime.
Access to all classes is unlimited for members.

What kind of practices can You expect?
Kata's yoga classes and meditations always transcend the physical aspect of yoga. They help you to connect deeper to who you truly are, release what no longer serves you, or what you have absorbed from others... and elevate you to a sense of purpose and inner peace with what all is present in your life.
Through continuous practice you will not only relax and recharge after a busy week, but you will build stronger connection to your self , discover your inner ressources and qualities that can enrich your life so you feel fulfilled and empowered to walk the Path you choose.
Kata has been teaching yoga for 16 years and teaching spiritual practices and compassionate breath for 20 years. Each class will be infused by specific themes to embody and go deeper with for your own personal development.
YES of course your nervous system will calm down, YES of course you will feel more centered..BUT what makes these classes stand out of other regular youtube classes is that you will be able to progress on your spiritual journey as well. Infused by the energies and teachings of the sacred land of Bali, you will each time recieve a blessing that touches your Soul as well. These classes will help you to remember who you are and why are you here..and sustain this presence in your everyday life.
The Yogini Power Monthly Program
THE YOGINI POWER classes will be 60-70 min long, including meditation and mantra.
Group level is GENERAL ALL LEVEL.
CLASS STYLE will be: Hatha Flow (with feminine approach), Yin Yoga, Yin-Yang yoga. Sometimes therapeutics with focus on myofascial release, or acupressure points, sometimes ayurvedic teachings for the chakras and awareness work through energy flow.
Kata's teachings are always down to earth even when it comes to more phyilosophical or spiritual context.
Besides the classes we will share also a monthly community circle on Fullmoon days, to just share a little meditation and community sharing of our experiences, life journeys or topics that may arise. YAY! Let's connect Yoginis, Goddesses and Sisters !

Because I've been on this path of self dicovery for 32 years . I walk my talk, and I share everything that i dscover through my practices and soul search.

- Leading Yin yoga teacher/trainer for Hungary since 2014
- Internationally recognized Yoga teacher trainer, Shiva Rea's assistant teacher, teacher trainer for Shiva.
- 2015- Leading yin yoga teacher trainer on bookyogateachertraining portal, with more than 1000 students worldwide
- 2015-2018 Yoga studio owner and lead teacher in the Netherlands
- 2018-2021 Founder and led teacher of Ibiza Yoga retreat center
- 2018 Founder of Goddess Spirit- Sustainable yoga clothes brand
- Creator of Goddess Tara oracle cards/ Yogini Power cards
- Teacher and creator of a dozen of yoga teacher training modules available online, in person 60/100/200/300H.
- Community space holder for about 1500 women worldwide.
- 2024. Founder of Yogini Power Institute, for Bali & Ibiza.
