The Yogini Power Monthly Program
So much more then just a weekly yoga class
The Practice: 60-70 minute classes suitable for all levels, blending Hatha Flow (with a feminine approach), Yin Yoga, and Yin-Yang Yoga, Goddess Vinyasa Flow.
Awareness & meditation sessions (10-20 min each) to activate the spark within You, and establish a solid connection to yourself.
The Approach: Expect a rich variety of themes, including relaxation, activation, 5 elements balancing, soulful topics, like self love, grief, and empowerment, myofascial release, acupressure, Ayurvedic chakra teachings, and energy work. While deeply spiritual, Kata’s teachings always remain grounded and down-to-earth.
The Community: Beyond the weekly practices, we gather for a monthly Full Moon community circle to share a short meditation, connect with soulful chats, and support each other's life journeys.
