This Yoga Alliance® approved yoga immersion is a teacher training for those yoga teachers who are already familiar with teaching yin yoga and a Self-care immersion for those practitioners who wish to learn more about how to create balance in their lives on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. And how to support the body's healing abilities with Points and specific combination of meridians and various tools.

The participation requirement is that one is familiar with Yin yoga.
We can highly recommend Kata’s 50hrs Yin Yoga Essentials Online Yoga Teacher training, if you need solid base for yin yoga and mindfulness, and introduction of Chinese Medicine, 5 elements and Organ Health concepts.

This 30h Online Acu-Yin Yoga course includes pre-recorded online video sessions that you can watch in your own timing from the comfort of your own home. You gain access to all course content for 3 years from your purchase.

An overview of the 35 sessions is as follows:
Intro Session about CHI, 5 elements, Organs, Yin &Yang polarity and balance
ELEMENTAL MEDITATIONS with ACU points: 5 meditations & points for each element
ELEMENTAL YIN CLASSES with ACU points: 5 yin yoga classes with points for each element and organs.
SPECIAL THEME CLASSES with Yin Yoga & Acupressure points:
Rest & nourish , for exhaustion (YIN nourish)
