Beyond the daily practices (2 meditations, 1 mantra, 1 breath session) we will break down the practices with awareness, so you will be able to understand how to create transformational meditations, practices for others with specific intention.

Explore the strong energetics of specific pranayamas, to cleanse the body and mind and generate vitality.

About Your Teacher
Kata van Doesselaar 500hrs , EYRT200 is an experienced Yoga Teacher, breath & massage therapist, healer and coach, senior teacher trainer.
She is practicing meditation for 30+ years and yoga for 20+ years, teaching yoga for 17 years.
She has been trained in various styles of yoga and awareness work. She joined some Yin and Mindfulness trainings with Sarah Powers, and more meditation trainings with Dzogchen Buddhist Lama Surya Das, and the Hridaya Yoga teachers.
She breathes yoga and lives all teachings with awareness and dedication. Her passion is to awaken you to te fullness within...
She has been guiding more than 1200+ students in the last 17 years... And she would love to light the spark for love for meditation in your Heart.

Certification
Our course is accredited by Yoga Alliance, (International) and you can add your hours to your teacher profile upon completion of the training and coursework.​
The coursework consists of written submission of answers to questions, and a personal sadhana, and a documentation of a client session, on a class that you have been teaching to a student, and their feedback.​
We will then email your digital certificate of participation and completion - to download conveniently.
​
The 50Hrs of this course can be added to other modules you have been completing with Kata, to complete a 200/300/500Hrs certification. ​
PRACTICALITIES
Dates : MAY 9-13, 2026
The training takes place LIVE online via zoom. Times are 9-16.30h, Spain time. With lunch break. All sessions will be available for rewatch after recording, for 3 years.
Course material
You will receive a digital manual to download, and book recommendations to help you further in your process within.
Daily rhythm
We start the day with some sunsalutations, pranayama, meditation. Lectures and meditation again. Meditation LAB where we break down techniqes of practices and teaching. Mantra circles and energy work with chakras and movement meditations will also be part of the day, and closure always with compassionate breathing.

Do I need to be a yoga teacher to join ?
-
Not at all, anyone can join for their own practice, progress and wellbeing. But yoga teachers, coaches, healers can benefit from it even more as they will be able to share much deeper meditations with their students/clients.
- Do i need to have a meditation practice, any requisites to participate ?
No, the only thing that is necessary is your inner commitment to connect deeper with your self and be able to do self enquiry, contemplation with kind curiosity to discover more about yourself.

Can I watch the sessions later?If I cant make it to the live sessions? Absolutely, you have 3 years access.

Will this training help me to meditate better? We are confident that at the end you will love meditating, and will have a lot of new inspiration to meditate

I am not familiar with mantras, can I still join? Yes, its our joy to introduce you to the powerful practice of the mantras.

What if I am a beginner? You are welcome just as you are. Sometimes it is even easier as beginner, as there is less info and mind patterns to deconstruct.

Is this training good for advanced meditators as well? Absolutely. Each new day we learn new things, each meditation will show us something new.
