What to expect from our course?
Daily Teachings, Energy Activation & Grounding Practices
Each day includes teachings, guided meditations, and yoga sessions designed to activate your senses and strengthen your energetic channel. Group channelings led by Kata support deeper alignment, while grounding practices help you integrate and stabilize the new energies. Reconnecting with your sacred breath enhances energy flow, sensory awareness, intuition, and healing capacity, allowing your confidence and discernment to naturally grow.
Channeling, Intuition & Akashic Records
The training features powerful skill-enhancing workshops to deepen your intuitive abilities and expand the ways you work with energy. You will explore channeling in various ways, learning to connect to Angels, Archangels, Divine masters, and Goddesses, Ancestors, your own loved ones, souls, even alive to enhance more harmonious conscious connections.
And you will learn how to access the Akashic records for specific guidance and clearing of Karma, and blockages, and activating potentials.
Sacred Ceremonies, Personal Sessions & Balinese Healing
The journey is enriched with inspiring trips, sacred temple visits, and a traditional water purification ceremony led by a Balinese priest. Kata will offer group channeled messages along with one individual session for each participant, with additional sessions available upon request. Optional one-on-one work with a Balinese healer, as well as a special Balinese healing tea and awareness ceremony with a local teacher, add profound depth, healing, and cultural connection to the experience.
Stronger Intuition, Awareness & Sacred Breath Connection
​This journey deepens your awareness of the energies within and around you, helping you work more efficiently and powerfully with your own energy, intention, and manifestation. Through sacred breath connection and practical rituals, you will learn how to cleanse, awaken, and activate your energetic system, clear stuck energies, and enhance the natural flow of life force. You will open to interdimensional communication with your guides, angels, dolphins, loved ones, spirit, and the natural world, while developing the ability to read the energy of people and situations and understand subtle signs, movements, and tendencies in your life. You will learn to create and hold a sacred space where high-vibrational energies can be safely received and grounded, become a clear channel of love and wisdom, and receive an initiation into conscious access to the Akashic Records—supported by deep integration and extensive shared practice throughout the experience.
About Your Teacher
Kata van Doesselaar 500hrs , EYRT200 is an experienced Yoga Teacher, breath & massage therapist, healer and coach. She is practicing yoga for 18 years, and teaching yoga for 15 years.
She has been trained in various styles (Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative) .
She did numerous trainings for awareness, and meditation retreats with new age teachers and traditional lineage holders.
Kata has been meditating for 30 years.
She had the privilege to learn the compassionate Breath meditation from Dr Norma Delaney, who she first met in 2008.
Kata has been deeply touched by the power and the endless love that this Breath transmitted.
She got so hooked, that she continued studying and practicing and developing herself with Norma throughout 15 years, until Norma's passing. Norma has been also a wonderful channeler, showing an example to kata how to ground incredibly powerful energies, compassion, light and healing vibrations.

Kata feels it is now time she shares how to open up for a high dimensional guidance, living and how to integrate that into a human life.
Kata is currently based in Bali and Ibiza.

She loves to share her rich experience of healing, self-healing, and her biggest passion is to inspire people to grow into their full potential, and find their true Self.

Single rooms in a peaceful eco resort in the middle of nature, near famous rice fields, sacred temples, waterfalls. Stunning ricefield views around the resort, about 25 min from Ubud center. Luxury eco resort in Sebatu, and peaceful ocean side resort in Lovina.

We start at 4 pm on the first day at our beautiful Eco-resort in Sebatu, just outisde of Ubud, with our opening activation.
After that a healthy dinner together. (included).
Last day: we finish at 10 am the last day at the resort in Lovina, which is about 3,h drive from Ubud, we will take you back to Ubud.

Who is this unique training for?
This immersion is an all level immersion, you can come for your own personal deepening of practice and connection to SELF, or you can come as a practitioner of any healing or coaching modality, or as a therapist, to learn how to offer guidance to your clients in a new, and very powerful way. The immersion takes place in a peaceful setting in the North of Ubud, beautiful nature around.
It is truly suitable for those who are willing to settle into the quiet space within.
Our practices and meals will be cleansing, high vibrational, to support you in your awakening and learning journey. No alcohol, no meat, no drugs are permitted throughout the days we spend together.
