Do you need to be a yoga teacher to attend? Not at all. The course is suitable as a personal practice enhancer OR as an extra training for yoga teachers to add more knowledge about the core to their classes and level up their active style yoga classes. 
Do you need any pre-requisite to participate? Not at all, all practices will have modifications available, and generally these are all level classes.
The style of practice is hatha flow, gentle slow vinyasa flow.
Can be done by anyone in an OK condition, regardless of age.
